The 5-session pack works out at $90 a session. These are our standard prices, not a limited-time offer. I'll talk you through the total cost of your plan at your consultation, so there are no surprises.

How a course is usually planned
A course is usually 8–12 sessions, twice a week to start. After that, I suggest maintenance sessions, weekly at first and then fortnightly, monthly or every two months.
Every plan depends on you: your goals, how you're finding it and what fits your life. We review your plan along the way, and you can talk to me about it at any time.
What a session involves
Each session takes about 30 minutes. You sit on the Pelvic Floor Chair fully clothed, and the chair makes your pelvic floor muscles contract. It uses electromagnetic muscle stimulation. Most people describe a tingling or contracting feeling, and I adjust the intensity for you. When the session finishes, you can go straight back to your day.
Health funds and Medicare
Pelvic Floor Chair sessions aren't covered by private health insurance or Medicare at our clinic. Your first consultation is free.
Before you start
The Pelvic Floor Chair is designed to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If you have new, worsening or painful symptoms, I recommend seeing your GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist for an assessment first. They can check what's going on and help you decide what's right for you.
